Okay, so now, on to the characters and their descriptions.

Mina (Female Milotic)
Captured In: Lure Ball
Ability: Marvel Scale
Nature: Docile
Moves: Surf, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Dragon Pulse
Bio: I first met Mina on my way up Route fourteen by Fuchsia city. I felt like fishing for a little bit, so I did. Eventually I got a bite, and to my surprise, I caught a Feebas! Feebas don't usually appear anywhere near that area, making this not only odd, but lucky. (seeing as Feebas are exceedingly rare even where they are found.) Even more odd, this Feebas had a pokemingler in place. So I placed her back in the water, apologized, saying I didn't mean to hurt her if I did. She was forgiving, and seemed to understand it was not my fault. I asked what she had been doing down in this area, and she explained her trainer had released her. Apparently, her trainer had bought her as a Game Corner prize not knowing what a Feebas was. She kept her for a bit, attaching the mingler, and had already begun giving her pokeblock and poffins to try and have Mina warm up to her. But as soon as her trainer realized she was not a good battler yet, he released her. I felt a bit sorry for Mina. I knew the potential Feebas had if you train them right, into a Milotic that is.

The trainer had already done half the work for me, and I only had to give Mina about three blue pokeblock until they started to lose effect. I then gave her a rare candy, and immediately, she evolved into a Milotic. Ever since then, her personality has been among the most becalmed I've ever seen in anybody or anything. She is not one for violence, overly critical wording, or vocal hostility. Like all Milotic, she has a strange ability to emit a wave that soothes and becalms any enraged or hurting people, pokemon, or animals. (Scientists have been studying the ability for decades and have yielded minimal results.) Though nothing is perfect. If she is driven far enough, Mina will not hesitate to attack. When enraged, she could do more damage than any lone Gyarados, or even a meteorite! (Okay, that's a bit exaggerated, but you see my point.) Despite her becalmed personality, she is quite sarcastic at times.
Musical Preference: Relaxing classics, calm heartfelt techno (and similar subgenres), soft rock.
Memorable Quote: “I find no joy in violence. But I can make an exception in this case.” (To Destro. After Arceus “takes care of” Ardos.)
Theme Song: Deep Blue - Kai Tracid
Accent: None. Sounds like an unwordly wise thirty-year-old woman.
Likes: Respect for one another.
Dislikes: Hate, Rudeness, overly-critical people.

Alucia (Female, Lucario)
Captured In: Great Ball
Ability: Steadfast
Nature: Mild
Moves: Dark Pulse, Aura Sphere, Flash Cannon, Focus Blast
Bio: On my way from Pewter City to Cerulean City, I was at the foot of Mount Moon when a quintet of pokemon, three Riolu and two Lucario, confronted Rex, Mira, Alex, and Myself. I let out Flare, (her and Jet being the only two pokemon I owned at that time.) and had her translate between myself and the wild pokemon. The bigger of the two Lucario stepped forward, and began to explain to Flare who and what they were. The five Aura sensing pokemon called themselves the “Terra Runners,” a small group of Pokemon keeping an old legend alive. That legend being that there had once been Riolu who could cross three canyons and crest three mountains in a single day. The had already conquered the Rock Tunnel Mountain, and now Mount Moon, and were heading on their way to Mount Silver. And during the explanation, one of the Riolu (Alucia) approached Flare and after about ten minutes they had begun to form a friendship. But the Lucario beckoned her to continue on with them, and she had to go. Flare called after the quintet, “If you're able, can you guys come back here once you make it over the mountain?” The Lucario that had yet to speak answered back saying, “No promises!” Flare begged, so our little group waited at the Moonlight Pokemon Center. And right as dusk began to fall, Flare saw the five in the distance. And with that, the same Riolu that had began a friendship with Flare wished to leave the Terra Runners, and travel with us. She told us all her name, and gave us her promise she would be no burden. And so it was. (We encountered those same Lucario later in Hoenn, and Alucia had a very fond reunion.)

Ever since she joined up with my friends and I, Alucia was a very sarcastic and quick witted teammate. She was more of a tomboy-like girl, and was more into athletics than anything else. (Not saying she didn't act a bit girly, like constantly fussing over a patch of fur that just wouldn't stay down. Or going, “Oh, it's so cute!” when she saw an infant of any kind, or puppies in a pet store window.) But above all, Alucia is extremely patient. (She's good at fishing, and not just because of the aura bit.) But her patience only stretches so far. (When she is infuriated, expect no mercy.) And on top of that, she is like a ninja. Which is why she can sneak into even the most occupied buildings and go undetected.

Alucia is possibly one of the strongest Lucario I've ever encountered. Her moves are varied, and can be devastating to just about any opponent. Her punches can shatter even the strongest tank armor, and she can put a very distinct dent in an adamantium plate. Her Aura Sphere and Focus Blast techniques do similarly. Her Flash Cannon is dazzlingly bright, and her Dark Pulse can break down (physically and emotionally) even the most resilient opponent. She can detect an aura from over forty miles away, and is invaluable at keeping Cipher away from us.
Memorable Quote: “Dear lord what is that person doing?! Damned aura sensing abilities! I hate it sometimes!” (Rhetorical statement. Said while in a hotel in Orre's Pyrite City.)
Theme Song: Reach Out – FIAB
Accent: British.
Likes: Anyone with good intent.
Dislikes: The opposite of the former.

Crystal (Female, Ninetales)
Captured In: Luxury Ball
Ability: Flash Fire
Nature: Quiet
Moves: Flamethrower, Psychic, Will-O-Wisp, Dark Pulse
Bio: On the way down the cycling road in Kanto, I came across an unconscious Vulpix. Her condition was saddening, having a broken leg, three broken ribs, and a gaping wound across her side. I picked her up, and rode one-handed down the remainder of the cycling road until I reached Fuchsia city. I immediately to the injured kit to a pokemon center, where her diagnosis was given. “It seems she was not hurt by a vehicle or a pokemon, a person did this. She has a ten-percent chance of living. Her wounds are infected and that infection is spreading quickly.” After hearing that, I was both saddened and angered. I was choking up, and slammed my fist to the wall. I could, and still can't, understand why people would to such things to living creatures. I'm not one for revenge, but I felt that this Vulpix deserved retribution for the pain she endured. I stayed by her side twenty-four-seven, and even watched as the nurses and doctors tried to save her. I spoke to her as if she were still conscious. All my friends and pokemon worried about me, as I was doing this all for something I'd never known previously as if I had.

Eventually, she arose from her sleep. And as if by some divine miracle, she lived. I was overjoyed, and once the doctors found out, they were all blown away. (Goes to show how much faith some people have in things like this.) The Vulpix had been wild, so I affixed a spare pokemingler to her, and asked her who did what they did and why. I was expecting some criminal syndicate to have been behind it, but none were. An average joe simply beat her senseless, and thinking she was dead, threw her on the side of the road leaving her to die. (I informed the police force of this, and they launched an investigation. They found the guy, he spilled, tried to flee, then was taken down and arrested.) She was very smart, and let the past go behind her. She found no reason to hate people after seeing how hard the doctors had worked to keep her alive, and how diligently I stood by her. (That and she had seen the good sides of people many times.) She said she could never repay me for having brought her here. But she did ask if she could be a part of my team, and I accepted.

Her terrible experience is the only one of it's kind, and says she will never resent any individual who does not deserve it. Despite that experience, she has a very upbeat personality and is a very motherly Ninetales now. She is a sucker for little kids, and is also very protective of them.

She is very attune to her sixth sense and mystical power, so she, unlike other of her species, can learn the move Psychic. With that said, her special stats are substantially higher than what they are with regular Vulpix and Ninetales. Her Will-O-Wisp move is especially curious. When used, the landscape is painted with an eerie darkness, and occasionally, the flames gain faces and cackle malevolently.
Musical Preference: Dark, low to moderate tempo songs. She likes both Rock, Techno and all their subgenres.
Memorable Quote: “My specialty is scaring the living daylights out of people. But I find it impossible to do near children...” (To me after she was done defending a group of student trainers from a bunch of Cipher thugs.)
Theme Song: Whisper – Evanescence
Accent: A hint of Japanese undertone.
Likes: Kindness.
Dislikes: Animal/Pokemon Abuse and/or Unkind people.

Venise (Female, Vaporeon)
Captured In: Cherish Ball (received)
Ability: Water Absorb
Nature: Docile
Moves: Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Surf, Acid Armor
Bio: I first obtained this rare friend from one of my father's fans when I was visiting Celadon City. (Almost directly after finding Dane.) She said she couldn't take any more pokemon and heard that I had begun traveling around the world. The thirty-year-old woman gave me a Cherish ball, “Inside,” she said, “Is an extremely rare female Eevee. Please take her.” And so I did. The Eevee was a newborn, and even now, she is the youngest Pokemon I have. Even as an Eevee, Venise always showed an extreme attachment to water. She always sought it out, and was very protective of people throwing things into the ocean. Other than that, she had an extremely laid back personality and is always very calm and respectful. I have yet to see any anger triggers for her, and yet she is ferocious in battle.

I had Venise for around three months before I ever came across a Water Stone. And as soon as she saw it she leapt for it. And before I knew it, she was evolving into a Vaporeon. And with that evolution came all her exponential power. She can now summon waves taller than seventy feet, and can shoot water in such powerful streams, it can erode a boulder in less than four minutes and puncture five-inch steel plates. (She's still working on piercing diamond.) On top of power, she also has great evasive and defensive techniques. She is so attune with water, her Acid Armor move allows her not only to dissolve into water, increase defense, and evade attack, but she can even attack in this form. (Using Surf in this form, she creates an undertow effect, helplessly pulling her opponents in the water.)

Venise shows a bit more of her girly side than any other female pokemon in my team. She loves flowers, and cute things. And not only is she a powerful battler, but also is a star performer in Pokemon Contests. (Her, Crystal, and Mina are my contest girls. Alucia performs now and again, as does Flare. The guys prefer Pokeathelon.)
Memorable Quote: “I think of myself as the torrent that comes your way. And if you wish it, I won't hesitate to pull you under and keep you there.” (To a cocky male Umbreon who was talking, well, cockily. Venise's grin when she said this shut him up right quick.)
Musical preference: Soft toned techno or Soft Rock. (She loves Coldplay.)
Theme Song: Illusion – DJ Tiesto
Accent: None. Has a voice like an average teenage girl.
Likes: Any water body.
Dislikes: Deserts.
